Our warranty covers factory defects or faults within the stipulated warranty period, provided the issue is not caused by user mishandling. Under warranty, eligible products can be repaired or replaced.
Warranty is available on select brands and products, and can be accessed through the authorized service care centers of the manufacturer, both locally and internationally. Please note that the warranty does not cover:

Moisture or liquid intrusion
Screen damage
Unauthorized repairs
Misuse by the customer
RETURN POLICY
We offer a 7-day return policy for local purchases and a 15-day return policy for international purchases, both with a money-back guarantee. Returns are applicable only for products with factory defects or errors, starting from the date the customer receives the order.
