Paparrazi Concept does not charge you for purchasing on our store except charges for the product(s) bought and sometimes shipping fees. We do have the right to charge fee-based on new policies in the future, if that is to happen it will be updated on our Terms and Condition page. Payment for our Affiliate is not done in cash but by bank transfers which are on a monthly basis.

If you choose to browse this site from other countries other than Nigeria, do so of your own volition and paparraziconcept.com is not responsible for the supply of goods/services for other locations/Countries apart from Nigeria, except on personal order on requested and agreed before we can waybill to other countries.

RISK OF LOSS

paparraziconcept claims responsibility for every product ordered thereby taking the risk of loss of such items until it is delivered to you. At the point of complete transfer of the product to you, the risk of loss/damage now falls on the customer.

Typographical Errors

paparraziconcept attempts to be as accurate as possible. However, Paparrazi Concept does not guarantee that the product description or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by Paparrazi Concept is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information received from our suppliers,  Paparrazi Concept shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price. Paparrazi Concept shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled,  Paparrazi Concept shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.

CANCELLATION OF ORDER

Your receipt of electronic or other forms of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell.  Paparrazi Concept retains the right to cancel any order without saying any reason for doing so. This could happen if we are not able to meet the requirement of the order placed or order is out of stock or for any other reason.

 

 

You shall compensate and hold  Paparrazi Concept unobjectionable, its owner, licensee, and their respective officers, directors, agents, and employees, from any entitlement, or actions made by any third party or punishment imposed due to or arising out of your breach of this Terms of Use, Privacy Policy and other Policies, or you violate any law, rules or regulations or the rights of another.
